Work platform required for coating application to the two outermost beams on road bridge. The V-Deck™ design only provided a platform under each of the outermost beams unlike the scaffolding solution which had been to scaffold the entire underdeck of the bridge. V-Deck™ was stepped to follow the curve of the bridge. Encapsulation was part of the VTS design.
